RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) required for all returns.
We inspect every item carefully. Due to the nature of an additive manufacturing process, visible lines and textured surfaces are considered normal and not indicative of a defect. We are glad to accept the return of a product due to defects in manufacturing for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Use the contact form on the website to request RMA #. Items sent without an RMA# will be refused. After an order has been authorized for return, an email with instructions will be sent out. In order to be eligible for a refund, return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in new condition and undamaged in any way. Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Custom two-tone color patterns are not returnable.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
